How does our pet boarding work?
When you board your pet with us, they are housed in cages to fit their size and needs. We have smaller cages for our cats and small dogs, as well as large walk-in areas for larger dogs or pets being housed together. Cats are kept in a separate area away from dogs, and are given a litter box, blanket, food and water. We offer food twice a day, or however you request your pet to be fed. Dogs are taken outside on walks in our backyard 3 times a day. We offer an additional playtime and bath services upon request so your pet can go home happy and clean. In our kennel, we have blankets, bowls, and food to offer while your pet is in our care. We also have the option of indoor runs with camera access so you can observe and even talk to your pet while you are away. All boarding is charged by the night like a hotel with a checkout time of noon the following day. If you pickup after noon, you will be charged for an additional night.
How does our pet grooming work?
We have an awesome groomer on staff who works with all types of dogs. We offer grooming on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and sometimes Thursdays. Drop off hours for grooming are in the morning between 8:00-8:30am or in the afternoon between 12:00-12:30pm. The groom will usually take a few hours, and we will call you when your pet is ready to be picked up.
